WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

Domestic Shipping (Japan)
Items such as doll wigs and brushes (please refer to each product page for details) are shipped within 3 business days。

Free Shipping Thresholds (Regular Products)

  • Japan, China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, South Korea: Free shipping on orders over ¥12,000

  • Other Asian regions: Free shipping on orders over ¥26,000

  • All other regions: Free shipping on orders over ¥32,000

Doll Furniture (International Shipping)
Most doll furniture is shipped from overseas. Packing and dispatch generally take 7–15 days. In case of unexpected events such as war, pandemics, or other disruptions, delivery may be delayed.

  • Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong: Free shipping on orders over ¥30,000

  • All other regions: Free shipping on orders over ¥50,000

Pre-Order and Custom Items
Pre-order and custom-made products (e.g., doll clothing and some furniture) require a waiting period of 1–2 months before delivery.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

 

We offer worldwide shipping. 

 

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

 

Except pre-order products, we will ship the order within one week after receiving the order.
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
